1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect your email address (required for authentication), name (if provided during registration or via your identity provider), and authentication data managed through our third-party identity provider.

1.2 User-Provided Content

When you use the Service to generate market research reports, we collect market prompts and inputs you provide, clarifying question responses you submit during the research process, and generated report outputs produced by the Service based on your inputs.

1.3 Payment Information

If you purchase credits or subscriptions, we collect payment information through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV on our servers.

1.4 Device and Usage Data

We automatically collect certain information when you access the Service, including IP address, browser type and version, device type and operating system, pages visited and features used, time and date of access, and referring URL. For the Excel add-in, we may also collect Office diagnostics information and client-side error logs for debugging and improving the add-in.

1.5 Cookies and Local Storage

We use cookies and local storage to operate the Service, including authentication cookies managed by our identity provider, local storage keys for session identifiers, and analytics cookies if enabled.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and operate the Service, authenticate your identity and maintain your account, process payments, respond to your inquiries and provide customer support, improve and optimize the Service, detect and prevent fraud or security incidents, comply with legal obligations, and communicate with you about Service updates and support matters.

Important: No Model Training

We do not use your inputs, prompts, clarifying question responses, or generated outputs to train or fine-tune machine learning models. Your content is used solely to provide the Service to you.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. We use third-party service providers to operate the Service. These providers fall into the following categories:

We retain your information for as long as necessary to provide the Service: account information is retained until you delete your account, user-provided content and generated outputs are retained for the duration of your account, payment records are retained as required by applicable tax and accounting laws, usage logs are retained for up to 12 months, and add-in session tokens automatically expire after 30 days.

5. Data Security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS), secure storage of authentication credentials, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You may request access to or deletion of your personal information by contacting us at art@tamlab.ai. You may request deletion of your account by emailing us. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.

7. Children's Privacy

The Service is not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Users

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, please be aware that your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by posting the updated policy on this page with a new "Last Updated" date.
